1.	Residency	In order to serve as a juror for Baltimore City you must reside in the city. If you no longer live in the City of Baltimore, indicate your current address on the mailing and forward to the Jury Commissioner.
	Citizenship	In order to serve as a juror for Baltimore City you must be a citizen of the United States. If you are not a citizen a photo-copy of your student/work visa, resident alien card must be provided and forward to the Jury Commissioner.
2.	Age	A person who is 70 years of age or older may be excused upon request.
3.	Medical/Physical	If you are claiming a medical and/or physical problem, a medical letter must accompany the mailing and forward to the Jury Commissioner.
4.	Postponements / Excuses	Any request for postponement/excuse must be accompanied with proper documentation.
