The Business and Technology Case Management Program of the
Circuit Court for Baltimore City encourages the use of new and
established technology in the management and trial of cases.
Counsel are welcome to arrange for the use of video screens,
projectors, evidence cameras, annotation equipment, exhibit
software, document cameras, real-time transcription,
teleconferencing, and other technical equipment by notifying
the assigned judge and his/her staff and coordinating
installation and removal through them.
The
Maryland Conference of Circuit Judges has approved the
implementation on a trial basis of e-filing programs in the
business and technology case management programs of certain
circuit courts. The Circuit Court for Baltimore City hopes to
be able to participate soon in this trial e-filing project.
